THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE PROPONENT, NUTRIDENSE FOOD MANUFACTURING CORP., is granted this Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), for its Other Food Processing Industry (Nutridense Food Manufacturing Corp. (NFMC) Plant Project) located in Sitio Caniogan, Barangay Malanay, Santa Barbara, Pangasinan., by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), through the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB).

SUBJECT ONLY to the conditions and restrictions set in this ECC and in the attached documents labelled as Annexes A and B.

This Certificate is issued with the following details:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This ECC covers the operation of a Food Manufacturing Plant with a total output capacity of 10,000-Metric Ton (MT) Annual Production Rate of different food products produced using various technologies such as extrusion, milling, mixing, refining, heating/drying and other adopted technologies, with facilities such as two (2) units material preparation and handling building (Preparation Area of Extrusion & Washing Area of Biscuit), cold storage, two (2) warehouses (RIMO Building & Biscuit Building), cold storage for additives, storage rooms, storage for lubricants, office buildings, pantry/canteen, generator set, container vans for different departments/office, main office, and President’s office, isolation room and quarters, pantry/canteen, motor pool, solid waste management facility and drainage system; all confined within the titled lot containing an area of 5,000 square meters.

This Certificate is issued in accordance with the requirements of Presidential Decree No. 1586 or also known as the Philippine Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) System, and DENR Administrative Order (DAO) No. 2003-30. Non-compliance with any of the provisions of this Certificate shall be a sufficient cause for the cancellation of this Certificate and/or imposition of a fine in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) for every violation thereof without prejudice to imposition of fines and penalties under other environmental laws. The EMB, however,

is not precluded from reevaluating and correcting any deficiencies or errors that may be found after the issuance of this Certificate.
